GenoLogics offers customers the opportunity to extend and customize the GenoLogics LIMS for their lab environment, using its Rapid Scripting™ Application Programming Interface (API).
The Rapid Scripting™ API allows scientific programmers to script in their own environment. Time is precious; our best-in-class documentation and training will have programmers scripting with the LIMS in hours, not days or weeks.
To help scientific programmers and bioinformaticians quickly learn how to use the API, and work with it independently, GenoLogics has created an online developer community website.
The developer.com website includes comprehensive documentation, including key concepts, reference documentation, and a self-training guide (or Cookbook), which acts as a guide to developing scripts.
Also included is a developer’s blog, enabling programmers to learn from software developers at GenoLogics and from their peers.
