GenoLogics has worked closely with Illumina since 2007 as a founding partner in Illumina's illumina•Connect program. The initial partnership focused on integrating Geneus to Illumina's BeadArray platform. Recently, Illumina selected Geneus as the preferred LIMS solution for their Genome Analyzer next gen sequencing platform.

As close partners, Illumina and GenoLogics have developed deeply integrated engineering relationships that allow our customers to focus on their research while Geneus is kept up to date as Illumina advances it's reagent, hardware and software products.

Illumina's BeadArray Platform

Geneus enables data management and sample tracking for end-to-end Illumina BeadArray workflows for a host of applications including gene expression and genotyping. Geneus connects sample and clinical information by exporting the sample annotations into BeadArray so that the information is available during analysis. BeadArray analysis results can then be stored in Geneus.

GenoLogics and Illumina have also developed a direct integration to synchronize information between Geneus and Illumina LIMS for genotyping applications.
